This same process will be followed as needed for ceilings and woodwork.

1. All heavy furniture will be moved to the center of each room to be painted.
2. All furniture and ceiling fans will be covered with poly plastic and taped to keep in place.
3. All floors will be covered using rubber backed drop cloths.
4. All electrical plates will be removed from walls.
5. All holes and cracks in walls will be patched as well as tape and bedded as needed.
6. All patches will be sanded as well as walls scuff sanded and dust removed.
7. Any stains from water or grease will be spot primed using Zinsser Bin oil based primer.
8. One full coat or Two (As needed) or Benjamin-Moore Aura in selected sheen and color.
9. After painting is completed a wet walk around will be performed by homeowner to ensure all areas contracted are to their satisfaction.
10. Project area will be placed back in original order and touch up aint will be labeled for homeowners future need.
