- Mask off and protect all working areas

- Carefully cover and protect all flooring, carpet, furniture and ceiling fans
- Remove all electrical plates
- Patch all holes and cracks in walls, as well as tape and bed as needed
- Sand all patches; also scuff-sand walls and remove all dust
- Prime walls, covering any stains as needed
For all painting:
- Assist client in selecting suitable paint color(s) according to personal taste and style
- Apply only premium coatings from the most respected brands such as Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe job site at all times
- Complete clean-up and restoring home to original order
- Touch up paint will be labeled for homeowner’s future need
