Texas-TLC Fair Business Policy
Perhaps the best way of providing our clients with peace of mind is reflected in our Fair Business Policy. We believe in communicating upfront how we do business so there are no surprises. The following outlines our policy in regards to deposits, payments, schedules and estimates.

No deposits required on any residential job under $5000

No deposits required on labor-only work orders estimated under $5000

When a deposit is required, the amount shall not be greater than all materials ordered.

All contracts are structured so that invoice payments are made weekly throughout the project so no large lump sums are required and both Texas-TLC and client are satisfied. All contract payments are based upon percentage of completion. In other words, it is a “pay as you go” approach.

Projects requiring more than ten working days to complete are presented to client in a detailed schedule format.

All projects are estimated in detail before contract is secured. Estimates are based on a design which has been thoroughly planned and outlined, therefore allowing our estimates to be more in-line with the actual final costs.

All work done by Texas-TLC is guaranteed to be of the highest quality, within industry standards and compliant with the local residential building code. Permits are always secured as required by city code and regulations.
