The entire staff at Texas-TLC understands that the remodeling and repair process can at times be difficult and demanding on you and your family. Our goal is to deliver your vision of the finished project in a seamless manner with as little stress as possible. Whether the job is large or small, we’ll walk you through it and give you the assurance that there is a plan and it will be executed according to your expectations.
Before we do anything, we first listen. We meet with you to fully discuss and explore your needs and desires. This upfront process is important for discovering the following:
- Your family’s lifestyle and the specific needs that must be met through your home renovations or repairs
- Your ideas and vision for the project
- Your personal taste and style
- Your budget and timeline
- Your knowledge and understanding to date on products and materials to potentially be used in the project
Who Is Working For You?
Every project we undertake is supervised by three people: a job site supervisor, a job site assistant supervisor and the project manager.
The job site supervisor is typically one of the co-owners of the company. They not only hold the key and maintain security of your property while work is being done; they are hands-on in supervising and working on your project. Your home is their number one priority.
The assistant supervisor is in a supporting role to the job site supervisor and can assist on two small-to-medium projects at a time. This person helps us maintain efficiency in moving things along, being where he is most needed day to day.
The project manager is in charge of your home repair or remodel. His focus is maintaining the timeline, the budget and communication between you and our team. He maintains high productivity and efficiency on all levels throughout the project.
Together, all three collaborate to deliver outstanding service to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
