All Texas-TLC craftsmen have at least 10 consecutive years in their trade and must demonstrate a proven track record of above average quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, every Texas-TLC tradesman has passed a drug test and background check and carries a photo ID.

	Art Neidich, Founder For more than 25 years, Art has been active in the construction industry. He is the founder and a senior partner of Texas-TLC. Art has received several industry designations including NARI Certified Remodeler and HAAG Engineering Commercial and Residential Roof Inspector. In the day-to-day business of Texas-TLC, Art focuses on providing detailed estimates, accurate quote generation, project analysis and troubleshooting.
	Mario Rosales, Senior Partner A senior partner of Texas-TLC with more than 25 years in the remodeling and construction industry, Mario is our most sought after job site supervisor and lead carpenter. He and his crew meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and excellent customer service that Texas-TLC has become well known for.
	Kimberley Medina, Partner Kimberley, a partner in Texas-TLC, oversees financial planning, purchasing strategies and budgeting. Her excellent troubleshooting and planning skills allow Texas-TLC to run efficiently and effectively, controlling costs, which ultimately benefits our clients.
	Armondo DeVora Working in the remodeling industry since 1998, Armondo has developed his skills as a framer and finish-out professional that all of our clients have come to appreciate. Acting as a project-lead craftsman, Armondo is an excellent team member as he is diligently strives for perfection in the details and exceeding client expectations.
	Jasmine Medina Jasmine assists in daily operations at the project level. She is responsible for our quality control inspections, client surveys and prompt responses to client issues that may arise. Jasmine also acts as our project “Neat, Clean and Safety First” supervisor.
	Mario Gonzalez Mario is a strong part of our team. He is our primary finish-out technician, with outstanding skills in tile design and installation of stone and brick. Mario has been with Texas-TLC since 2002.
	Kayla James Kayla serves as our administrative assistant, primarily responsible for keeping track of costs. She supports Kimberley in our company’s committed efforts to save money without sacrificing the high level of quality we have become known for. These savings and resources are passed on to our clients every day.
	Jennifer DeSalva Jennifer is part of our estimating and research team, providing quality control coordination for each estimate. She is closely involved, behind the scenes, with every job we undertake.
	Karen Neidich Karen loves working with people and has grown up in a construction family. She provides our team with outstanding administrative coordination and our clients with excellent customer support.
